Our QA/QC and logistic staff work with regulatory affairs, product and unit packaging, raw material sourcing, and logistics that meet and exceed expectations. Our production and quality teams work closely together to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
Located in beautiful British Columbia, our Health Canada certified, Site Licensed Canadian production facility offers a nimble, flexible, and knowledgeable team that will strive to exceed expectations. BRAD KERSCH
An entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in successful start-ups and working with Fortune 500 companies. Brad brings a strong business background, marketing and leadership to the [red] team. In 2010 Brad founded Solace Management Group Inc., a hemp product company focused on pet and nutraceutical markets. In 2019 he sold Solace to a public conglomerate before forming [red]bioscience In 2019.
[red]bioscience was formed to bring nature to science by concentrating on plant based medicine, and nutraceutical products. Brad has been a Chairman and director on the boards of a number of public companies.

Tami Kersch is an entrepreneur, after graduating from NAIT, in Alberta, with a BSC, Tami saw a niche and created a specialized studio for film and TV that she grew into one of Canada’s’ oldest and most respected film studios. After twenty-three years in the film industry, Tami sold her business to pursue her passion for helping people & animals, through alternative medicine. She was the founder and CEO of Apawthecary Pets, until selling the company in 2019 and forming [red]bioscience.

Tami brings astute knowledge of creating and running successful businesses, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about helping others.

SANDY MORELAND
Sandy’s background has been with the aviation, hospitality, and international trade industries, with over thirty years of experience. He has led companies, including start-up companies, to increased revenues, improved profitability, and greater market share. He has a diverse and global background having worked in Wellington, Perth, Brisbane, New Caledonia, Cook Islands, Hong Kong, Calgary, and Vancouver.

In addition to over 35 years of experience, including 3,500+ product formulations sold globally and a proven track record in personal care goods, NHPs, and OTC pharmaceuticals, Kuldip built the largest manufacturing facility in the lower mainland complete with R & D and Quality Control labs —approved by both FDA & Health Canada. Kuldip brings a strong background in cannabis formulations and regulations for the Canadian market.

Dr. Nicola Waters is owner of Waters Meet Solutions Ltd. a consulting company focused on facilitating intersectoral collaboration between industry and healthcare. Nicola is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Nursing at The University of British Columbia Okanagan, BC, Canada. Nicola is a Registered Nurse whose career has spanned clinical practice, education, technology and research. She holds a MSc. from Cardiff University and a PhD from the University of Calgary. Nicola’s extensive international experience in health care, academic and business sectors offers a unique perspective from which to navigate the opportunities and challenges of integrating innovation and humanity.
